Jonathan Weibel
A real estate negotiator like no other

Originally from Lausanne in the canton of Vaud, Jonathan Weibel studied International Relations at the University of Geneva before completing a Master’s in real estate management. He has experienced a number of different careers in his life, in particular as a negotiation, mediation, and conflict management coach in the Middle East.

Jonathan founded Weibel & Loeb Real Estate in 2014, which was renamed in honour of Séverine Loeb’s arrival. Based in Nyon, near Geneva airport, this firm marked the arrival of a new form of real estate agency, revolutionising a relatively static Swiss property market. Jonathan was well-suited to working in this field, where he could apply his real estate and negotiating expertise to companies specialising in the sale of luxury homes.

Séverine Loeb-Mény
A passion for real estate

A client of Weibel Real Estate before becoming Jonathan Weibel’s associate in 2019, Séverine Loeb-Mény was originally on track for a career in corporate law.

After completing her fifth-year Master’s degree however, it turned out that life had other ideas. She started a fresh new career in real estate before following her husband to Switzerland. A keen motor sports enthusiast, her passion for selling houses was reignited soon after her arrival in the magnificent canton of Vaud, between Nyon, Terre Sainte, La Côte and Rolle.

She and Jonathan were destined to run into each other, as like-minded souls with the same vision for real estate: respectful, a little off-beat, and at the avant-garde. Putting her personal and professional networks to good use, Séverine also brought fresh energy and a feminine touch to the firm.

Above all else, the Swiss real estate dream is to buy a luxury house with a lake view – or better, on the lakeside itself. This is why Séverine does everything she can to make sure her clients are satisfied and to provide consistently excellent advice - in particular on how to optimise their spaces.

Karine Loiseau
A key ally for your real estate project

Real estate has become a second life for Karine Loiseau. After growing up in Switzerland, she left to study and begin her marketing and communications career in Paris, working with major international groups.

Upon her return to Vaud in 2012, she had an encounter that would change her career forever. Her children and those of Séverine Loeb-Mény went to the same school, and you can guess what happened from there.

While Karine loves houses with character, she is also deeply creative at heart. She wields colour and form to reflect her own passions, dynamics and sensitivity. These qualities are just as essential as a broker of luxury homes between Rolle and Lausanne.

So what does Karine like most about her career? Identifying the expectations and desires of her clients, and sharing their dreams so she can help them change their lives. Going out to find the house that they will fall in love with. And finding buyers who will breathe new life into a house that has been lived in and loved.

Anaïs Muzzarelli
A Swiss Army knife for real estate marketing and design

Creative and passionate about art, painting and photography, Anaïs first studied graphic arts and visual communication. While she originally grew up in Corsica, it was in Switzerland that she rediscovered her love of walking and contemplation among the lakes and mountains.
She joined the Weibel & Loeb Real Estate agency in 2021 as a graphic and photo designer, and also to manage the firm’s digital content. Since then, Anaïs has been criss-crossing the roads in Vaud and Geneva to enhance and showcase each house and luxury property.

She knows that visual quality must be impeccable to release the full market potential of a property.

So what does she do for our clients? She takes photos of the interiors and exterior of the houses we sell. She takes aerial photos with a drone, and virtual visits with Matterport. Not only that, but she also coordinates virtual home staging and renovation. Anaïs is meticulous, independent and a source of creative energy, willing to spend long hours to make sure that her images are perfect and her atmospheres warm and welcoming.
